Simon’s career has been spent in finance. He joined the retail banking sector after gaining a degree in Business & Finance. Simon is also committed to ongoing learning to continually improve the service Define provides to its clients. As a financial consultant Simon has built trusting, professional relationships, helping clients with their financial planning over the short, medium and long term.
Qualifications: BA Degree Business & Finance; HND Business & Finance; Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS).
Simon is a member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS).
Tim Johnson has more than 25 years of experience as an independent adviser to high net worth individuals and employers covering wealth management, employee benefits, vendor selection, governance and best practice. During his working life Tim has acted in roles from adviser to Group CEO and brings a huge breadth of experience to Define Wealth.
Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accounts and a Chartered Financial Planner who is passionate about improving the quality of financial advice in the UK for individuals and employers.
Tim is a previous winner of the IFA of the Year award, has acted as an examiner for the Chartered Insurance Institute and commentator in the financial press on radio and TV.
Katie joined the company in 2017. Katie works closely with the advisers, investment providers and clients to provide support throughout the advisory process.

Daniel is our trainee paraplanner. He has a decade of experience within the Financial Services industry working for Reigate's former local building society - the Holmesdale. Daniel worked within the savings department in customer-facing roles before becoming the manager of the savings department. He specialises in customer service and achieved a double merit in the LIBF Certificate in Retail Banking Conduct of Business.
